Introduction to Tax Liens & Deeds.

Attendees will learn how local governments sell their interest using Tax Lien Certificates issued to investors, and how the counties ensure that either the interest is paid or the property is awarded to the investor.

Additionally, Tax Deeds will be discussed concerning how the attendees can obtain properties free and clear.

Research strategies to protect against buying "et al" liens & deeds, EPA contaminated properties, encumbered deeds, 2nd and 3rd liens, and many more factors rendering a property undesirable or hard to sell.

When you order tickets on Eventbrite, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the Eventbrite app or website using the email on your order. Then, go to Tickets.

You can access your tickets in your account via the Eventbrite app or website.

The Eventbrite app:

iPhone: Log in and tap Tickets.

Android: Log in and tap Profile. Then, find your order and tap Tickets.

The Eventbrite website: Log in and go to Tickets.

If you’re unable to log in
During checkout, Eventbrite creates an account for you using the email address you provide. If you’ve logged in previously and are having trouble, you might need to reset your password.

If you’ve never logged in:

Go to verify your email address. Enter the email address associated with your tickets and select Continue.

Check your email for a message from noreply@event.eventbrite.com, with the subject line: Activate your Eventbrite account.

Open the email and select Set a password.

Enter your desired password and select Update password.

Accept the Terms and conditions.

Once you’ve verified your email address, you’ll be taken to Tickets in your Eventbrite account, where you can access and manage your order.

If your tickets are missing
There are a few reasons tickets might not appear in your Eventbrite account:

Different email address: You’re logged into Eventbrite using a different email address than the one you used to place the order.

Typo in your email address: The email address on your order was misspelled during checkout.

The organizer disabled PDF tickets: The order appears in your Eventbrite account, but there is no option to print tickets.

If your tickets are missing for any of these reasons, contact the event organizer for assistance.

You can only update order information if you were the original purchaser and the event organizer allows changes. If you can't update your order, click Contact the Organizer.

You can't change the number of tickets ordered, billing address, or credit card/payment type used. If you need to add more tickets, place a separate order.

Eventbrite can’t answer questions about event details or entry requirements. If you can’t find your ticket or have questions about an event, contact the event organizer.

If you change the email address on your order to someone else’s, the new owner will need to check their email to claim the ticket. This won't remove the order from your Eventbrite account.

1. Go to “Tickets”.
Login to your Eventbrite account. Then go to Tickets.

2. Select your order.

3. Click “Edit”.
If you don't see an Edit option, the event organizer is likely not allowing changes. Click Contact the Organizer to request any changes.

Some events require you to fill out information for each ticket. For those events, click Edit next to the ticket you want to update. If you don't see the option to edit information for individual tickets, your changes will apply to the entire order.

4. Save your changes.
