  • Coaching through the purchase of one (1) Tax Lien online

  • Two Team Mock Tax Sales
  • Two Solo Mock Tax Sales

You will receive close, personal attention during this class. We will ensure that all required accounts are established and active, and that you have the basic understanding of how to navigate them. In fact, you will be familiar enough to find Tax Liens for purchase “over-the-counter” and will make your first purchase online during the class!*

Additionally, we will dive in to Tax Deeds for two hours on Day Two, allowing you to locate and participate In Tax Deed sales, where you can buy properties free and clear in government tax sale auctions.

Day Three consists of mock tax sales designed to help you understand the Tax Sale process.

After this workshop is complete, you will have the fundamental knowledge and accounts to purchase Tax Liens and Deeds from county governments throughout the United States via online and in-person sales.

Learn how to foreclose on liens that have not been redeemed in the allotted time, stipulated by the government, and how to get the deed on the property so you can sell it, rent it, or live in it.

Introduction to Tax Liens & Deeds.

Attendees will learn how local governments sell their interest using Tax Lien Certificates issued to investors, and how the counties ensure that either the interest is paid or the property is awarded to the investor.

Additionally, Tax Deeds will be discussed concerning how the attendees can obtain properties free and clear.

Account establishment will commence at this time.

Each participant will receive the relevant domains for participating in government auctions, specifically for purchasing, bidding on, or otherwise acquiring Tax Liens and Tax Deeds.

Participants with be required to create accounts for these websites, using an email address and phone number, both of which may be required for two-factor authentication when signing up to these sites.

The class will complete one site registration at a time. Once all have completed registration for one site, all will continue on to the next. This will be repeated until all have registered for each site.

** For those completing the process faster than others, you may either utilize that time in exploring the site(s) you have just registered for, or take a short break. If you take breaks while waiting for others to complete registration, please check back often in order not to miss progression to the next website.

One hour lunch break

During our research familiarization, you will learn what to look for when purchasing Tax Liens and/or Tax Deeds. There are several key components that must be observed in order to ensure that the property you are investing in is a profitable investment.

You will purchase your first Tax Lien during this period. You must have sufficient funds to cover the purchase and must complete the purchase of the Tax Lien Certificate online utilizing one of the sites you of which have just registered.

Tax Lien Certificates we will target will cost between $30.00 and $100.00.

A quick familiarization with purchasing Tax Deeds and how to turn them into "free and clear" real estate investments.

Final questions and completion of course.

When you order tickets, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout.

To access your tickets, log in to our website using the email on your order. Then, go to "My Tickets" at the top right (or menu for mobile) and click on orders.

If your tickets are missing for any of these reasons, contact the event organizer for assistance.

If you registered on Eventbrite, you must login to Eventbrite to retrieve your tickets.

You can only update order information if you were the original purchaser and the event organizer allows changes. If you can't update your order, click Contact Us.

You can't change the number of tickets ordered, billing address, or credit card/payment type used. If you need to add more tickets, place a separate order.

If you change the email address on your order to someone else’s, the new owner will need to check their email to claim the ticket.

Login to your account. Then go to My Tickets.

2. Select your order.

3. Click “Edit”.
If you don't see an Edit option, the event organizer is likely not allowing changes. Click Contact the Organizer to request any changes.

Some events require you to fill out information for each ticket. For those events, click Edit next to the ticket you want to update. If you don't see the option to edit information for individual tickets, your changes will apply to the entire order.

4. Save your changes.
